Who can use Express Check-In?
Express Check-In is available to all passengers holding an electronic ticket.
- By the flight ticket number (the 13 digits on the e-ticket starting with the numbers 114).
What should I prepare in advance for checking in online?
You should have your passport and flight ticket number at hand.
When is Express Check-In available?
From Israel - Express Check-In is available between 27 and 3 hours before flight departure time.
To Israel - Express Check-In is available between 24 and 3 hours before flight departure time.
Which overseas destinations offer Express Check-In service?

I’m flying with an infant, can I use Express Check-In?
Yes. Passengers flying with an infant can use Express Check-In, but they should pay attention to the following:
- As the infant does not need a seat, the infant’s name will appear on the reservation of the adult he is flying with. Therefore, make sure that the infant’s name appears in the check-in process.
- Infants need transit authorization for security purposes; therefore, make sure that this authorization is printed out at the end of the Express Check-In process.
Please note that passengers flying with infants and entitled to a crib should order the crib and the appropriate seats before checking in online.
It is not possible to order a crib during the check-in process.
Should I print out the Express Check-In authorization?
Yes. In order to shorten waiting time at the airport, you should arrive there with the printed boarding pass in hand.

Can I choose my seat on the flight?
Yes. The system allows you to choose the seat you would like on the flight, or to change the seat that has already been reserved.
We are 3 passengers flying together, can we complete Express Check-In together?
It is possible to do joint Express Check-In for up to 9 passengers, provided that all of them are listed on the same flight reservation and all of them have the same family name.
Is it possible to check in as a group (6 or more passengers)?
Not as a group, but each passenger can check in separately.
Is Express Check-In available for a code share flights?
No, it is not available.
I have a continuation flight the same day, can I use Express Check-In?
If you have a continuation flight or a return flight to Israel the same day, you will be given special instructions directing you to a special Sund'or counter at the airport.
I’m flying with luggage, can I use Express Check-In?
Yes. We recommend arriving at the airport at least two and one-quarter hours before the planned departure time, wait in line for the security check and then go to counters 78-81 (at Ben-Gurion Airport, Terminal 3) to present your flight ticket, passport and boarding pass. At the counter you will receive a new boarding pass and your luggage will be sent to the plane. Afterwards you continue on to Passport Control.
In other countries go to the Express Check-In counter or the shift manager’s counter.
I’m flying without luggage, is the Express Check-In process different?
Yes. We recommend that passengers traveling without luggage arrive at Ben-Gurion Airport at least one and a half hours before the flight’s scheduled departure time.
The passenger should present the A4 check-in page that was printed out at home.
Why is it important to fill in all the fields in the Express Check-In process?
For destinations that do not require visas, you can use Express Check-In A at the end of the process if all the required fields have been filled in.
For destinations that require visas, only by completing all the fields, even those that are not mandatory, can you use Express Check-In A (the fast line) counters 80-81 at Ben-Gurion Airport, terminal 3.
If you do not fill in all the fields, you will be directed to Express Check-In B counters 78-79 service in order to verify documents.
Can I cancel the check-in after it has been completed?
