Nevertheless, there are cases in which baggage is delayed, damaged or lost, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that all claims must be submitted in writing within the timeframe set forth below, to the EL AL Head Office.

Baggage Service Center:
Sunday to Thursday: 7:00am – 24:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 21:00pm
Saturday: 16:00pm - 24:00pm
