Prepare for your Flight
Please contact your travel agent, from whom you have purchased your flight ticket to verify that flight details as printed on your ticket have not been changed.
If this happens to be on Saturday or during a holiday – please contact your agent on the last regular business day prior to Saturday or the holiday.
Please check that you have, among other things:
a. Flight tickets
b. A valid passport
c. Visa to country of destination (if necessary)
d. I.D.F authorized departure permission (if necessary)
e. Insurance (health and baggage) - optional
To facilitate and ease the check-in and boarding procedures during your Israel travel plans, please come to the check-in counter according to the times shown below.
In light of the above, and since the security check must be completed before you reach the check-in counter, it is recommended to arrive at the airport about four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
Economy Class Passengers – Three hours before departure.
Business Class and VIP Passengers – Two and a half hours before departure.
Have a pleasant flight!
