The El Al limited liability clause for the Sund'or Spontany Regulations
El Al Israel Airlines Ltd., its directors, employees, agents and insurers and anyone else acting for it (hereinafter jointly: “El Al”) shall not bear any liability whatsoever for anything relating to the Sund'or Spontany website and/or for any content, information, software, materials, information, including about the products and services offered on the site, which are offered “as is” and “as available”.
There is no undertaking on the part of El Al that the site is free of errors or that it is properly secured or clear of viruses. The information included in the site, the software, the products and the services on the site may contain inaccuracies or typing errors.
Use of the site is at the customer’s sole responsibility. El al shall not bear any liability for any complaint and/or demand and/or claim arising from or connected in any way to use of the site.
The suppliers of products and services shown on the site are independent suppliers, and are not employees or agents of El Al. El Al shall not bear any liability in connection with the actions, errors, omissions, representations, breaches or negligence on the part of any supplier or for any damage, to person or property, inconvenience, loss of benefit, mental stress or similar situations, delays, missed flights including connecting flights, alternative accommodation, end of the service, or change to any payments or prices, and/or cancellations or double bookings arising from or due to factors that do not depend on the supplier, such as: strikes, weather conditions, festivals and so on. All travel documents are issued in accordance with the terms indicated by the supplier, and El Al shall not be liable in any case for payment of any amount whatsoever, except for amounts paid by the customer by means of the site for the product and/or the service.
